Acceptance level of takaful insurance products among non-Muslims in Malaysia

Non-Muslims in Malaysia have a lower participation rate takaful insurance. The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors that influence acceptance level insurance products among non-Muslims Malaysia. In paper, independent variables: awareness, attitude, service quality and relative advantage were examined using Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) model analyze effect dependent variable: non-Muslim level. methodology used was purely quantitative survey convenience sampling with data collected from sample participants findings revealed attitudes are found be significant on while awareness do not account for acceptability takaful. It also discovered attitude most factor towards provides insight understanding lead consumers’ purchase intention Furthermore, study gives valuable ideas companies develop appropriate build marketing strategies enhance
